Influence refers to the capacity or power of persons or things to be a compelling force on or produce effects on the actions, behavior, opinions, etc. Leaders, people in high positions, managers, salesmen, entrepreneurs, or a network marketers, etc. use or demonstrate many techniques in trying to lead or influence others. Some mastered the art of influencing others by their logical persuasion that is passionately asserting what they believe or what they want. Others try to use their convincing power to influence other where they put forward their ideas and offer logical, rational reasons to convince others of their point of view. Some uses their excellent negotiation skills to influence others by way of compromises to achieve desired results or a win-win situation. Some are also good in socializing and building relationships with others. Others inspire other people through their position and modeling positive attitudes. Whatever it is, influence really matters to our quest for success and purpose in life.
