1. You gotta believe on what you do. You have to buy what you sell. Integrity counts. That is professionalism.
2. Find qualified people to buy.
3. Instead of saying “Let’s Go over the Contract” say this: “Let’s go over the paperworks or documents.” Do not mention contract.
4. Don’t you say “buy” – that’s the least you will say. Many don’t want to hear it. They say: “Mary keep your mouth shut. We are not buying anything.” Drop the word “buy” in your vocabulary! Instead, use the word “OWN” or “get them involved” or “help them acquire.”
5. Do not say “DEAL.” So many had bad experiences and had bad deals. They were told that it was a good deal but it turned out to be a bad deal! They will say: “No, thank you very much, I’m not getting another deal!” It is better to say, “Opportunity that is perfect for you” or “a very good transaction for you.”
6. Instead of saying “sign it” better say “approve it” or “endorse it” or “authorize it.”
